Image Tips
- Use a clear event logo, poster crop, or brand image.
- Avoid small text that will be hard to read on a phone.
- Use a JPG or PNG file.
- Preview the ticket if a preview option is available.
Apply Ticket Colors Too
If you also want wallet tickets to use your brand color:- In Order Confirmation & E-ticket settings, turn on ticket customization if needed.
- Enable Apply colors to PDF tickets and Apple/Android Wallet Tickets.
- Choose a Ticket Color.
- Click Save.
Add an Order Confirmation Email Image
The same settings area also lets you add an image to the order confirmation email.- In View/Modify Email Templates, select Order Confirmation & eTickets.
- Find Add a header image to your order confirmation email.
- Upload a JPG or PNG image.
- Choose whether to Display full image in order confirmation email.
- Click Save.

Upload artwork that works well in a compact wallet format. Avoid placing important text or faces near the image edge.

Changes usually apply to tickets generated after the settings are saved. Resend the confirmation or ask the buyer to reopen the latest ticket link if needed.
