Customizing PDF E-Ticket Messages
Learn how to customize your PDF E-Ticket messages and print instructions in Manager Portal to enhance attendee experience.

Navigate to the Customization Page
Choose one of the following options:- Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/confirmation-delivery, or click on Settings in the top rail and select Order Confirmation & e-Tickets from the left-hand menu.

Locate and Update the Fields
On this page, focus on the following fields:- E-Ticket Message: This is the custom message displayed on your PDF tickets.
Remember: This is separate from the Order Confirmation Email Message seen in attendee emails. - E-Ticket Print Instructions: Use this field to add print-specific guidance for attendees.
- E-Ticket Message: This is the custom message displayed on your PDF tickets.

Apply Your Customizations
- Type or paste your custom text into the E-Ticket Message field.
- If needed, update the E-Ticket Print Instructions field.
- Click the Save button at the top of the page to apply your changes.
