1. Use the SimpleTix Ticket Lookup Tool

Go to find.simpletix.com
- Open the link in your web browser.

Enter Your Email Address
- Use the same email address you used when purchasing your tickets.

Check Your Inbox
- If your tickets are found, they will be sent to your email within a few minutes.
- Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see them.
2. Contact the Event Organizer
If your tickets don’t appear in your inbox after using the lookup tool:-
Find the Event Organizer’s Contact Information
- Look for contact details on the event website or your original confirmation email.
- Some event pages on SimpleTix include an organizer contact link.

Send a Message
- Provide your full name and the email address used for the ticket purchase.
- If possible, include details like the event name, date, and order number (if you have it).
