How to Retrieve Lost Tickets
Follow these steps to quickly retrieve your lost tickets by using the SimpleTix ticket lookup tool or contacting the event organizer.
If you’ve lost your tickets, don’t worry! You can easily retrieve them by entering your email at find.simpletix.com. If you still can’t find them, you’ll need to contact the event organizer for further assistance.

1. Use the SimpleTix Ticket Lookup Tool

- Use the same email address you used when purchasing your tickets.

- If your tickets are found, they will be sent to your email within a few minutes.

2. Contact the Event Organizer
If your tickets don’t appear in your inbox after using the lookup tool:

- Look for contact details on the event website or your original confirmation email.
- Some event pages on SimpleTix include an organizer contact link.

- Provide your full name and the email address used for the ticket purchase.
