How to Change Your Payment Method or Cancel Your Recurring Membership

To update your recurring membership details:

  1. Navigate to the Membership Page
    Go to the SimpleTix membership page that is associated with your membership. If you purchased your membership online, this will be the same page where you originally made your purchase.

  2. Locate the Edit/Cancel Link
    Scroll down to the bottom of the membership page, directly above the footer. You will see a message stating:

    “Want to edit or cancel your membership? Click Here”

  3. Click to Proceed
    Click the “Click Here” link. This action will prompt you to log in using the SimpleTix account associated with your membership.

  4. Manage Your Membership
    Once logged in, you will be taken to a page that displays your current membership details along with two main options:

    • Change Payment Method:
      Input your new card details in the provided field and click Save Card to update your payment method.

    • Cancel Membership:
      Click Cancel Membership to terminate your recurring membership.

  5. Alternate Access via Email
    The link to the edit membership page is also provided in your order confirmation email. It appears as:

    “To change your payment method or cancel your subscription CLICK HERE”

    Use this link as an alternative method to access the membership management page.
