Setting the Reply-To Email for Order Confirmations

This setting controls where customer replies go when they hit reply on their order confirmation email. Keep in mind, the reply-to address should be monitored by someone with access to your SimpleTix account to look up orders or process refunds. This setting is separate from other email settings (such as your event’s contact form email).

Steps to Change Your Order Confirmation Reply-To Email

  1. Go directly to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/confirmation-delivery or cick Settings in the top rail and then select Order Confirmation & e-Tickets from the left-hand menu.
  2. In the Order Confirmation Reply-To Email field, enter the desired email address.
  3. Click Save to apply the change.

Important Considerations

  • Monitoring Access: It is critical that the person monitoring this reply-to email has real-time access to handle order lookups and process refunds as needed.
  • Clarification: This change only affects the email address to which replies are sent from order confirmations — not the general contact form on your event page.
