The Send One Ticket per Order setting allows you to control whether a single combined eTicket is sent per order or if separate eTickets are issued for each ticket purchased.

How to Access eTicket Settings

  1. Go to Manager Portal, or go to Settings > Order Confirmation & e-Tickets
  2. Configure your preferred settings below

Ticket Layout Configuration & Preview

You can now configure separate ticket layouts for different use cases and preview them before use:

Box Office Layouts

  • Optimized layouts designed for easy printing when selling tickets through the web box office
  • Streamlined format ensures clear, professional tickets for in-person sales

Customer Print-at-Home Layouts

  • Separate layouts designed for customers to print their own tickets
  • Can include additional information or formatting specific to customer use

Preview Feature

  • Preview both box office and customer ticket layouts before finalizing
  • Ensure your ticket design meets your needs before sending to customers or printing at the box office
To access these settings:
  1. Go to Settings > Confirmation & e-Tickets
  2. Select ticket layout options for box office or customer use
  3. Use the preview function to view how tickets will appear

Send One Ticket per Order Setting

  1. Locate and toggle the Send One Ticket per Order option.

What Each Setting Means

  • Toggled ON (Send One Ticket per Order):
    Your customers will receive a single eTicket
  • Toggled OFF (Send individual eTickets):
    Each ticket purchased will be issued as a separate eTicket. This is useful if each ticket needs its own QR code for scanning or if specific ticket details must be individualized.
