1. Sign in to Manager Portal.
  2. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/confirmation-delivery or go to Settings > Order Confirmation & e-Tickets in the Manager portal.
  3. Locate the field labeled E-Ticket Print Instructions.
  4. Enter your custom print instructions in this field. Be clear and specific about any details or actions you want the attendee to know when printing their ticket.
  5. Click Save to apply your changes.

Important Details

  • The instructions you enter here will appear on all PDF tickets generated for your events. These will not appear on Mobile Tickets or Wallet Tickets
