Use ticket colors to visually distinguish different event times or ticket types for staff and attendees.

What this setting controls

When enabled, ticket colors can be applied to:
  • PDF tickets
  • Apple Wallet and Android Wallet tickets
  • Mobile eTickets

Turn on ticket colors (global)

  1. Go to Settings > Order Confirmation & e‑Tickets.
  2. Turn on the E‑Ticket Color setting.
  3. Choose a global default color.
  4. Click Save.

Set colors at more specific levels

You can override the global default by setting a color at more specific levels:
  • Event level: Event > Event Details
  • Event time level: Times & Tickets (choose a time)
  • Ticket level: Times & Tickets > select a ticket type

Color priority order

If multiple colors are set, the system applies the most specific one:
  1. Ticket level
  2. Event time level
  3. Event level
  4. Global default
