Scheduled Reports & Notifications

The Automated Settings page has two tabs: Reports and Notifications. For details on the scheduled reports tab, see the Scheduled Reports Center section of the reports guide.

Where to Find It

In the Manager Portal, click Reports in the top navigation bar, then select Scheduled Reports & Notifications from the dropdown.

Notification Preferences

Under the Notifications tab, you can enable or disable the following notifications:
  • Event Created — Notification when a new event is created.
  • Event Reminder Sent — Notification when an event reminder is sent.
  • Online Ticket Sales Ended — Reminder when online ticket sales have just ended.
  • Summary Report — Daily summary report of ticketing activities.
  • Event Marked as Archived — Notification when an event is marked as archived.
  • Organizer Day Before Event Check-in — Helpful reminders for organizers sent the day before the event.
Use the Enable All or Disable All buttons at the top of the page to quickly toggle all settings. Click Save Changes when you’re done.
If you previously unsubscribed from SimpleTix emails entirely, toggling notifications on here may not be enough — you may also need to re-subscribe through the Email Preferences page under Settings → Email Preferences.
