How to Customize Membership Renewal Emails

SimpleTix allows you to personalize your membership renewals emails.

You can match your outgoing emails with your branding style, add links and other customizations.


To customize membership renewal emails:

1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com


2. Once logged in, click Settings on the upper right.

3. Within the Settings page, click Confirmations & e-Tickets on the left panel.

4. Once in the Confirmations & e-Tickets page, scroll down to "View/Modify Email Templates".

  • Click on Select Templates and choose which Membership Renewal email you'd like to edit.


Once in the Confirmations & e-Tickets page, scroll down to "View/Modify Email Templates".



5. You'll then be prompted to enter the contents of the email.

  • Type your preferred message into the text box.

6. You can fully customize the email and even add hyperlinks for directions or other applicable materials.

  • You can also use the placeholders at the bottom to automatically personalize each email.

7. Once done, click Save to finalize your changes.

8. You'll receive a confirmation message saying your changes were saved successfully.
