How to Change Mobile Ticket Colors

SimpleTix allows you to customize the colors included in your scannable mobile tickets.

This lets your staff easily identify if the ticket is for the correct event date/time.



To change mobile ticket colors:


1. You can change this by going to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/event-list
  • Once there, select your event then click Times and Tickets on the left.



2. Select the time you'd like to change mobile ticket colors for then click Advanced Options.
  • This will reveal the option to change your mobile ticket color.



3. Once done, click Save at the top right to apply your changes.




4. See below for a review of the color change.
