There are several email templates that are sent to ticket buyers and membership buyers which can be changed or updated within SimpleTix. These templates are a site-wide setup and are not linked with any specific event.
The following Email templates can be changed.
- Order Confirmation & eTickets (This is what is sent to customers when they buy a ticket)
- eTickets (Individual)
- Free Order Cancelled (When a free order has been canceled by the customer or the organizer)
- Order Refunded (When an existing order is refunded by the organizer)
- Event Reminder (This is what is sent to the customer when an organizer enables automatic event reminder)
- Post-Event Follow UP
- Membership Renewal Success
- Membership Renewal Failed
Here is how you could change these templates.
- Please login here: https://manager.simpletix.com/general/confirmation-delivery
- Click on "Select Template"
- Click on the template you need to edit
- You can now make changes and save once done.
