Managing different email templates

There are several email templates that are sent to ticket buyers and membership buyers which can be changed or updated within SimpleTix. These templates are a site-wide setup and are not linked with any specific event.

The following Email templates can be changed.

  • Order Confirmation & eTickets (This is what is sent to customers when they buy a ticket)
  • eTickets (Individual)
  • Free Order Cancelled (When a free order has been canceled by the customer or the organizer)
  • Order Refunded (When an existing order is refunded by the organizer)
  • Event Reminder (This is what is sent to the customer when an organizer enables automatic event reminder)
  • Post-Event Follow UP
  • Membership Renewal Success
  • Membership Renewal Failed


Here is how you could change these templates.

  1. Please login here: https://manager.simpletix.com/general/confirmation-delivery
  2. Click on "Select Template"
  3. Click on the template you need to edit
  4. You can now make changes and save once done.
