Steps to Connect HubSpot

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal at manager.simpletix.com
  2. Go to Settings, then click HubSpot under Plugins
  3. Click Connect with HubSpot
  4. You’ll be redirected to HubSpot — sign in and authorize SimpleTix to access your account
  5. Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to SimpleTix. The Plugins page will show HubSpot as Connected
That’s it — from now on, every ticket buyer’s contact info will automatically sync to HubSpot as a new contact, with a note attached saying “SimpleTix Ticket Buyer.”

What Gets Synced Per Ticket Purchase

  • Email address
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Phone number
  • A contact note: “SimpleTix Ticket Buyer”

Disconnecting HubSpot

To disconnect, go to Settings → Plugins, click HubSpot, and click Disconnect.
