Where can I connect SmartWaiver?

SmartWaiver Integration

  • Go to SmartWaiver Connection
  • Alternatively, log into your Manager Portal:
    • Click on Settings at the top.
    • Select Plug-Ins from the left-hand rail.
    • Click on SmartWaiver.
  • Connect your SmartWaiver account
  • Create your waiver in SmartWaiver
  • Assign Waivers under Event Details for your event
  • Choose whether or not you want to block tickets from being scanned if the waiver is not signed on the Event Details page by using the Block Scans If Waiver Unsigned feature
