Steps to Connect Constant Contact

  1. Go to Constant Contact in the SimpleTix Manager portal. Or, log in to the Manager Portal, click click on Settings in the top navigation, select Plug-Ins from the left-hand menu, and find and click on Constant Contact
  2. Click Connnect with Constant Contact and log in with your Constant Contact credentials
  3. Once you’ve completed these steps, the integration will automatically sync new ticket buyers with your Constant Contact list. Ticket buyers from before setting up the integration must be added manually.
