Where can I connect Mailchimp?

  1. Go to Mailchimp in the SimpleTix Manager portal. Or, log in to the Manager Portal, click click on Settings in the top navigation, select Plug-Ins from the left-hand menu, and find and click on Mailchimp
  2. Click Connnect with Mailchimp and log in with your Mailchimp credentials
  3. Once you’ve completed these steps, the integration will automatically sync new ticket buyers with your Mailchimp list. Ticket buyers from before setting up the integration must be added manually.
Important: Only Opted-In Contacts Are SyncedSimpleTix only syncs ticket buyers who have actively consented to receive future emails from you. This ensures compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Why the numbers may not match: If you have 100 ticket buyers but only 75 synced to Mailchimp, it means 25 people did not opt in to receive marketing emails.To see who opted in: Navigate to your Event → Order Management → Export Orders. The export will show which attendees consented to email communications.
