SimpleTix allows you to export a list of your attendees as an Excel file for easy management.
This can be just the basic order information or you can include the answers to your survey and attendee questions.
To export an attendee list with answers:
1. Go to manager.simpletix.com
2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.
3. Search for your event name.
4. Click on the event to edit.
5. On the left panel, click on Attendee List.
6. Within the Attendee List page, choose the event time with the attendees you'd like to export.
- For Reserved Seats and General Admission Events - You have the option to choose an individual event, choose multiple event times, or choose all event times.
- For Flex Pass Events - All attendees for your event duration will automatically be included.
7. To be able to select several specific dates, click Filter Options
- Toggle the option for Enable Multiple Time Selection to ON.
8. Once you've selected your event dates, within the top right of the Attendee List page, click Options.
9. In the drop-down, select Export List.
10. In the pop-up window, type the email address where you'd like the list to be sent to.
11. To Include Survey Questions in the exported list, click YES.
12. You also have the option to include Order Notes.
- These are comments added to orders sold via the admin page.
13. Once done entering your information, click Send.
- You will receive an email with an attached Excel file containing your attendee list and survey questions and responses.
