Exporting Attendee Data (Including Answers)

  • Log in to Manager Portal.
  • Go to the Events section and select the event you want to work with.
  • In the left-hand navigation, click on Attendee Management.
  • Click Options and then select Export List.
  • Choose Export Survey Questions. This export includes all survey and custom attendee question responses for the selected event.
    • Note: Currently, you can export data for only one event at a time. If you need attendee data from multiple events, you must export each separately and combine them externally. We’re aware of this limitation and are exploring ways to streamline the process.
