Log in to Manager Portal

Select Your Event
- Click on the Events menu in the top navigation bar.
- Choose the event for which you’d like to view admission data.

Access Attendee Management
In the left-hand menu for the selected event, click on Attendee List. -
View Admission Data
- In the Attendee List section, click on the Options menu.
- Select View Admission Data from the dropdown.
What the Admissions Report Displays
- Scan Count: The number of times each ticket was scanned.
- Scan Timestamp: The exact date and time for each scan.
- Scan Device: The device or gate used for scanning.
This report allows you to track ticket entries, identify repeat scans, and review scan history for improved security and attendance analysis.
