Viewing Detailed Admission Data

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to Manager Portal

  2. Select Your Event

    • Click on the Events menu in the top navigation bar.
    • Choose the event for which you’d like to view admission data.
  3. Access Attendee Management
    In the left-hand menu for the selected event, click on Attendee List.

  4. View Admission Data

    • In the Attendee List section, click on the Options menu.
    • Select View Admission Data from the dropdown.

What the Admissions Report Displays

  • Scan Count: The number of times each ticket was scanned.
  • Scan Timestamp: The exact date and time for each scan.
  • Scan Device: The device or gate used for scanning.

This report allows you to track ticket entries, identify repeat scans, and review scan history for improved security and attendance analysis.
