How to Add an Image or Logo to eTickets

SimpleTix allows you to customize your eTickets by adding an image to the bottom of the confirmation email received by your attendees.

To add an image to your eTicket:

1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.

3. Search for your event name.

4. Click on the event to edit.

5. Make sure you're in Event Details.

6. Scroll down right below your cover image.

Drag a photo or click on the grayed area to upload an image.
Recommended image resolution is 1500 x 360 pixels.

Scroll down right below your cover image.

7. Scroll up and click on Save to finalize your changes.
