SimpleTix includes AI tools that can help you write event details, prepare promotional content, and create event images without leaving Manager Portal.

Open the AI Content Creator

Open your event

In Manager Portal, select Events and open the event you want to promote.

Open AI Content Creator

In the event’s left-hand rail, go to Promote > AI Content Creator.

Choose what to create

Select a content type and voice, then choose any requested social platforms.

Generate and review

Generate the content, review it for accuracy, and copy, apply, or download it as appropriate.

Available Content Types

Available voices include Match my event, Casual & fun, Professional, and Family-friendly.
Always review generated content before publishing it. Confirm dates, prices, venue details, policies, and any other event-specific facts.

Write or Improve Event Details

On Event Details, AI writing actions appear beside supported fields:
  • Short Summary: create a summary from the event details, make it more exciting, or optimize it for search.
  • Event Description: rewrite the description, expand it with more detail, or fix grammar and polish the text.
Inline actions update the field on the page. A full description rewrite opens a comparison so you can review the new version before selecting Apply to Event Description.

Generate an Event Image

You can create an image while creating an event or while editing an existing event.

Open the image generator

In Event Creation or the Main Event Image section of Event Details, select Generate with AI.

Review the event details

The generator uses the event title and description. If prompted, add more description detail before continuing.

Choose a style

Select Photo, Illustration, Watercolor, or Flat Design. You can also add optional guidance, such as a season, audience, or visual theme.

Generate and select an image

Review the generated options and choose the image you want to use for the event.

Reuse a Generated Image

From the image generator, select Image Library to browse images previously created for your account. Filter by event or style, choose an image, and select Use Selected Image.
