SimpleTix allows you to customize your purchase confirmation email.
This can provide important information about your event, while also showing appreciation and offering additional resources to enhance their experience.
To edit the confirmation email:
1. Go to manager.simpletix.com
2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.
3. Search for your event name.
4. Click on the event to edit.
5. Make sure you're in Event Details.
6. Scroll down to "Do You Want to Put Anything Special on the Order Confirmation Email?". You can find it right below the description for your event.
- Type in any information that's applicable for your confirmation email.
- You can also add links for your website or other resources.
7. Once done, scroll up and click on Save to finalize your changes.
