Modifying an Existing Order

Often times attendees enter the wrong information while checking out, or need to modify their order. For example, you can change their email address, re-issue tickets, add tickets, etc.

  • Please login here:
  • Click here to make sure Cash and Comps are enabled.

  • Once done click on Orders on Top Right or go to

  • Search for the order you would like to make changes to
  • Click on the order and then click on Action > Add Another Ticket
    (Please note: It's good practice to first add a ticket before you remove an existing ticket from a cart)

  • You would now be requested to enter your card on file. It would just be asked for the first time and we do not charge anything for it unless you are adding more tickets but not removing any. A simple order swap would be free.

    Note: Card on file is required for security purposes. We do not charge for a simple order swap.

  • You can add ticket(s) for existing time(s)
  • You have the option to add the new ticket to the existing order with no charge or sell a new ticket to the customer.

  • Once complete you can either remove the old ticket by clicking the X icon or just use the pop-up link to send the new set of tickets to the attendee.
  • Ignore the pop-up if you do not need to resend the tickets.

  • If you simply need to remove a ticket from an existing order, you can directly open an order then click the X icon to remove a ticket.
