There are many cases where customer could have accidently bought ticket for wrong date or type. As a organizer you can edit an existing order and add/remove more tickets on it. Please follow these steps.
- Please login here: https://manager.simpletix.com/
- Once done click on Orders on Top Right
- You can now search for the order you would like to make changes to.
- Click on the order and then click on Action > Add Another tickets
(Please note: Its a good practice to first add a ticket before you remove an existing ticket from a cart)
- You can now add buyer's credit card info if you have it(In case of another addition to an existing order) or skip it if its just a Ticket swap
- You can add ticket for existing time or any other time.
- Once done you can either remove existing ticket or just use the link to send new tickets to the buyer.
- You can also delete an existing ticket through the same steps.
