Cancel Order Without Refund

Steps to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your Manager Portal:

    • Click Orders on the top navigation bar.
  2. Find the Specific Order:

    • Use the available filters (such as email, phone number, order ID, or buyer’s name) to search for the order.
    • By default, you’ll see orders from the Last 30 days with the status Order Complete. Adjust the time frame or order status as needed to locate older or differently marked orders.
  3. Open the Order Details:

    • Click on the specific order you want to cancel.
    • This opens a detailed view where you can see payment information, ticket details, and other related data.
  4. Initiate the Cancellation:

    • In the top right of the order details view, click on the Action button.
    • Select Cancel Order (No Refund) from the dropdown menu.

Notes

  • Canceling an order without refunding it will deactivate the purchased tickets, meaning they cannot be used for entry or any other event-related activity.
  • The payment will remain intact in your system.
