You can now easily transfer your SimpleTix attendee information to Mailchimp.
This can be done through our integrated sync feature.
To export to Mailchimp:
1. Go to manager.simpletix.com
2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.
3. Search for your event name.
4. Click on the event to edit.
5. On the left panel, click on Attendee List.
6. Within the Attendee List page, choose the event time with the attendees you'd like to export.
- For Reserved Seats and General Admission Events - You have the option to choose an individual event, choose multiple event times, or choose all event times.
- For Flex Pass Events - All attendees for your event duration will automatically be included.
7. To be able to select several specific dates, click Filter Options
- Toggle the option for Enable Multiple Time Selection to ON.
8. Once you've selected your event dates, within the top right of the Attendee List page, click Options.
9. Click on Export to Mailchimp
10. If you do not have an account linked yet, you'll receive a prompt to connect to Mailchimp.
- Once signed in you can configure your Mailchimp settings here.
11. After your Mailchimp account is linked, upon clicking export, you'll get this prompt instead, click Sync to proceed.
- The synced attendees will go into the contact list specified in the settings mentioned above.
12. You'll receive a confirmation message that the contact list is being processed for export.
- Login to your Mailchimp account and go to your contacts to view the exported attendees.
