How to Disable Ticket Sales

By default, this is turned ON - because most event organizers are selling tickets. However, if you just want the event page, or you're not ready to start selling tickets, you can use this option.

To disable ticket sales:

1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.

3. Search for your event name.

5. Make sure you're in Event Details.

6. Scroll down to Ticket Sales Enabled. You'll see it below Event Status. Toggle it to OFF.

7. Scroll up and click on Save to finalize your changes.

8. Now when you go to your event page, the purchase button will show that the event is not available.
