How to Modify/Change Email Settings

1. Set a BCC email account on all order confirmation email.


You can have a Blind carbon copy of all your Simpletix emails to your specified email address.

That means you will have a copy of all your emails.



  • Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/store
  • Log in with your SimpleTix account.

  • You can also access this by going to Settings

Click on Settings



  • Then click Store on the left panel


Click on Store



  • Once there, scroll down to "BCC order confirmation to another email" and type your preferred email.


Click on Enter Email



  • After entering your BCC email, scroll up and click Save to apply your changes.


Click on Save



2. How to Set the reply-to email address on order confirmation emails.


  • Click Confirmation & e-Tickets on the left panel


Click on Confirmation & e-Tickets



  • Scroll down to "Order confirmation reply-to email" and type the email that you prefer to receive replies from event emails.




  • Once done, scroll up and click Save to finalize your changes.


Click on Save
