Changing the Default Sales End Time for Ticket Sales
- Log into Manager Portal. Navigate to Settings and then Store Settings.
- Locate the setting named “When creating new events, when should public ticket sales be turned off?”
- Choose the option that best fits your needs:
- Stop sales at the START of the event time: Ticket sales stop when the event begins.
- Stop sales at the END of the event time: Ticket sales remain open until the event concludes.
- Click Save.
- Important: This setting will only affect new events. For existing events, modify the ticket sales end time by editing the individual event’s sales settings.
Default Service Fee for New Tickets
- Open Settings → Store Settings → Event Defaults.
- Find Do you want to charge your ticket buyers a service fee?
- Choose Absorbed to start new tickets without an added buyer service fee, or Passed on to start them with the service fee passed to the buyer.

Changing this default does not change existing ticket fees. Copy from a prior event retains the source ticket’s fee settings, which take precedence over the site default. Review copied tickets before publishing.
