Easy Entry can use used only for ticket scanning, you cannot lookup attendees by name.
Please Note: We recommend using our newer Box Office App that offers both ticket scanning as well as the ability to lookup by name.

Simple steps:
- Install the app
- Run the app
- Enter your domain name e.g. strawbery-banke-museum.simpletix.com
- Allow camera access
- Start scanning tickets for your event!
