Steps to Toggle Upsells and Cross-Sells

Log into Manager Portal:
- Visit: Order Form Settings
- Or log into Manager Portal, click Settings on the top rail, then select Order Form from the left-hand menu.

Toggle the Setting:
In your order form settings, disable (or enable) the Square Catalog upsells and cross-sells as desired.- You can choose to enforce or ignore Square inventory levels. If enforced, SimpleTix will not sell additional items once it is out of stock. This is good for items like hats and t-shirts. Leave this unchecked if you are selling items you know you will never go out of stock with.

Event-Specific Configuration:
If you want upsell options to appear for a specific event, ensure they are enabled in that event’s settings.- You can do this by going to Events, clicking on your event, and clicking Suggested Square Items in the left hand rail
To add an item as a Square Upsell, it must have a category in Square
