Enabling or Disabling Square Gift Cards
- Log in to your Manager Portal.
- Option A: Direct access – visit https://manager.simpletix.com/general/order-form
- Option B: Via Settings – click Settings in the top navigation, then select Order Form from the left-hand menu.
- Within the Order Form settings, toggle the Square Gift Cards option on or off.
Important Requirements and Limitations

Credit Card Requirement for Fees:
- To enable Square Gift Cards, you must have a credit card on file. This ensures that any processing fees incurred during transactions can be charged to the saved credit card.

Single Gift Card Per Order:
- Only one Square Gift Card may be applied toward an order. Multiple gift cards cannot be combined for a single purchase.

Payment Method Combinations:
- Combining a Square Gift Card with cash payments is not permitted.
- For orders paid using both a gift card and a credit card, refunds cannot be issued back to the Square Gift Card; refunds will be returned to the original payment methods where possible.

Linked Square Account Requirement:
- Gift cards work only for merchants with a linked Square account. (Merchants using Stripe or Auth.net are not compatible.)
