How to Adjust Automatic Archiving of Events

By default, SimpleTix automatically archives an event a day after it ends.

This keeps your site free from clutter and avoids confusion for your attendees.

You can, however, adjust when the event is archived so it remains visible on your event page.

To adjust automatic archiving of events:

1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/

2. Once logged in, click Settings on the top right.

4. Scroll down to the section that says "Auto archive event"

Choose whether you want the auto-archiving to happen within just hours or days.

5. Set the number of hours/days for when the auto archive happens.

In this example, we'll set it to archive 365 days (1 year) after the event ends.
This will allow the event to remain visible on your main event page for 1 year before archiving.

6. Scroll up and click Save to finalize your changes.

7. You'll get a confirmation message that your changes were saved successfully.
