How to Change Your SimpleTix Event Site URL

Your SimpleTix event site URL can be customized to match your branding needs.
You can change it to something that's easy to remember or be similar to your existing website.

1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/store

• Log in with your SimpleTix account.
• You can also access this by going to Settings > Store

2. Once on the store page, scroll down to "Your URL".

• Here you'll see your current SimpleTix event site URL.

3. Click Change URL to edit the URL.

4. Type your new event site URL in the text field.

• If your preferred URL is available, you'll see a green check mark next to the new URL.

5. Click Change URL to finalize your changes.

• Note: Any links that point to your old URL will no longer work after making this change.

6. You'll receive a confirmation message saying "Domain Updated Successfully".

7. Your new URL is now live and visible at the bottom of the SimpleTix manager page.
