How to Enable Memberships

SimpleTix allows you to easily create memberships and treat your attendees to exciting perks such as discounts, free tickets, and special deals that will elevate their event experience.



To enable memberships:


1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/advanced-options

You can also access this through Settings > Advanced Options


2. Once on the Advanced Options page scroll down to where it says "Enable Memberships?"

  • Toggle the option to ON to enable the membership feature.
  • Toggle the option to OFF to hide the option to create memberships.


Once on the Advanced Options page scroll down to where it says "Enable Memberships?"



3. Once done, click Save to apply your changes.

4. You'll get a confirmation that the changes have been applied.

5. Once enabled, you'll now be able to select Memberships from the top of your SimpleTix manager page.
