SimpleTix allows you to customize the name that appears on your store page.

This will let you personalize the branding for your event site.

To change your store name:

1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/store

• Log in with your SimpleTix account.
• You can also access this by going to Settings > Store

2. Once on the store page, scroll down to Store Name.

• Type your preferred name for your event site.

3. Once done, scroll to the top and click Save to finalize your changes.

4. You'll receive a confirmation that the changes have been saved.

5. Your new Store Name will now appear on top of your event site and at the bottom of individual event pages.

Note: Special characters cannot be added to the store name.
