How to Change Your Payment Gateway

SimpleTix allows you to link your preferred gateway and easily change it when needed.


To change your payment gateway:


1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/store

  • Log in with your SimpleTix account.
  • You can also access this by going to Settings > Store


2. Once on the store page look for your existing payment gateway then click Settings.

3. Within the settings panel, click Revoke to disconnect from the existing gateway.

4. In the pop-up, click Yes to confirm the disconnect.

5. Once revoked, click the back arrow to return to the store page.

6. Select "Click here to view other payment options" to select a different payment gateway.

7. You can now click Connect on another preferred payment gateway to link a new one.

  • You also have the option to reconnect to the same gateway but with a different account.
  • Note: Available payment gateways may vary depending on your location.
