How to Allow Attendees to Change Their Event Times

If you have a general admission event with many event times you can allow your ticket buyers to change their event times.

Requirements:

You must enable this feature from the Update Event Page.

Now customers can reach the screen to change their event times.

We will only show the option to change event times, if...

• If the feature to change the event time is enabled
• If they are within the cut-off period
• There are future event times
• There are tickets available that are the same ticket type name (e.g. Adults) and the same ticket price.
