With SimpleTix, you can create a reserved seating event. This is where your attendees can pick and choose the exact seat and location they would like to sit at. Their eTicket would contain the seat/table they reserved

  • Log in here: https://manager.simpletix.com/ 
  • Click on "Create Event"
  • Add details
    1. Enter event name
    2. Choose event category
    3. Choose an existing venue or create a new one
    4. Add your event description
    5. Event image can be added here (Suggested size is 750x472px)

  • Please make sure to select the reserved seating option when setting up on step 2

  • You can now choose to use an existing venue and seating chart, or just clone the existing one
    For the setup you can choose to clone this venue and make changes to it

  • Add a new name for the cloned venue

  • Now let's discuss the different categories


  • Edit your seating chart and assign existing or new categories

  • Setting the focal point is required on any seating chart with SimpleTix. This is how our SimpleTix BoxOffice app chooses the best available seats for your attendees

  • You will need to click on publish every time changes are made to the chart

  • Your event is now created
