Step 2: Enable the Selfie Requirement on Ticket Types
From your event dashboard, click Ticket Settings in the left sidebar.
For each Flex Pass ticket type where you want to require a selfie, locate the option titled Require Attendee Selfie Photo (or a similarly named option).
Toggle or select Yes for that ticket type.
Save your changes to confirm the setting is applied.
When an attendee completes a Flex Pass purchase, they will see a clear prompt in their order confirmation email to upload their photo. To send reminders or review submitted photos, manage these through the Attendee Management page within the portal.
