How to Set the Default Ticket Sales End Time for New Events

SimpleTix allows you to conveniently set when your ticket sales turn off.

The default ticket sales end time for new events can be specified by following the steps below.


1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com/general/store

  • Log in with your SimpleTix account.
  • You can also access this by going to Settings > Store


2. Once on the store page, scroll down to "When creating new events when should public ticket sales be turned off?" and pick your preferred end time for online sales.

  • Start of the Scheduled Event - Ticket sales become unavailable once the event starts.
  • End of the Scheduled Event - You'll be able to sell tickets as long as the event has not finished.


Once on the store page, scroll down to "When creating new events when should public ticket sales be turned off?" and pick your preferred end time for online sales.


3. Once done, scroll to the top and click Save to finalize your changes.

4. You'll receive a confirmation that the changes have been saved.

  • Ticket sales for future events will now default to your set sales end time.
