Sales reports after an event can provide valuable insights that can help improve future events.
SimpleTix allows you to easily manage your sales reports and adjust them to your preferences.
To generate sales reports:
1. Go to manager.simpletix.com
2. From the top menu, click Reports.
3. You'll now be on the Sales Reports page.
- You'll see a list of your events and their lifetime sales records.
4. By default, the list will show Active events.
- Click the drop-down to filter your preferred event status or choose All so they appear on the list regardless of status.
5. If you're looking for a particular event, use the search bar to locate it.
6. Click the event to reveal more sales details.
7. You'll now see the individual event times and sales records for each.
- Click on the event time to find more details about which ticket types were sold.
8. You can also filter to a specific event time or show all of them.
9. To include Taxes, Discounts, and Service Fees click More Options.
- Toggle them to ON so they're visible on the report.
10. Once done, filtering through the options, click Export.
- This will generate an Excel file containing the sales reports for your chosen event time(s).
11. The export will be sent as an attached Excel file via email.
- Type in your preferred recipient email address.
12. Once done, click Send.
- You'll get a confirmation that the export was processed and you'll receive the reports shortly.
