Sharing Event Ticket Purchase Links
Learn how to locate and share links for purchasing tickets to your events using Manager Portal.
How can I retrieve the link for people to purchase tickets from an event?
Using the SimpleTix Manager Dashboard
1. Log in to your Manager Portal
2. Navigate to Your Event
- Click on Events from the top menu.
- Select the specific event for which you’d like to share the link.
3. Open the Event Dashboard
- Click Dashboard from the sidebar (or left menu).
- At the top of the Dashboard page you will find the unique link to your event.
2. Getting a Shareable QR Code for Your Event
- Log in at https://manager.simpletix.com and select your event via Events.
- In the left rail, click Social.
- Scroll down to locate the automatically generated QR code unique to your event.
- Click Download to save the QR code image for use on posters, flyers, or digital promotions.
3. Advanced Sharing with Affiliate Tracking
If you’re working with partners, influencers, or affiliates to promote your event, you can create trackable links that allow you to measure their impact on ticket sales.

Access the Affiliate Marketing Center
- Log in to Manager Portal
- Click Marketing in the top rail
- Select Affiliate from the dropdown menu

Create an Affiliate
- Click + Create New Affiliate
- Enter the affiliate’s name and category
- Optionally associate them with a promo code if you want to offer a discount
- Click Create Affiliate

Generate Event-Specific Links
- Find your affiliate in the list and click the link icon
- Scroll to the Get Event Link section
- Find your event and click Copy to Clipboard for the link or Download QR Code for a scannable QR
- Share these unique links with your partners for their promotional efforts
Using the Affiliate Marketing Center provides detailed tracking of revenue, tickets sold, and orders generated by each partner, making it perfect for commission-based partnerships or measuring marketing effectiveness.
