If you need to change when your event starts or ends, SimpleTix allows you to go into the ticket properties and edit it to match your event needs.
Note: If you've already sold tickets for the event, we recommend sending an email blast to your attendees to update them on the change. Watch this video for steps.
To set a start and end date for a ticket:
1. Go to manager.simpletix.com
2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.
3. Search for your event name.
4. Click on the event to edit.
5. On the left panel, click Times & Tickets.
6. Click on the event time that you'd like to edit.
- If you only have one event time for the event, it'll automatically open.
7. From the top click on Start Date to set when the event begins.
- You can type in your preferred date.
- Or click the calendar icon to pick one from the list.
8. Click on Start Time to set the exact time when the event begins.
- You can type in your preferred time.
- Or choose one from the drop-down.
9. Click on End Date to specify when your event finishes
- You can type in your preferred date.
- Or click the calendar icon to pick one from the list.
10. Click on End Time to specify the exact time the event finishes.
- You can type in your preferred time.
- Or choose one from the drop-down.
11. Once done, click Save on the top right to finalize your changes.
