How to Create a General Admission Season Pass

SimpleTix lets you create season passes that allow you to bundle different events held in the same venue.

You can create multiple season passes with varying event inclusions.
You also have the option to set a different price for the season pass.
This makes it more enticing to buy the pass rather than individual tickets for different events.

To Create a General Admission Season Pass:

1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. Once logged in, from the top menu, click on Events.

3. Search for the event you'd like to create a season pass for.

4. Click on the center of the event to edit.

5. From the left panel, click on Season Tickets

If you do not see this option, please send an email to support@simpletix.com so we can enable it for your account.

6. To begin, click on Create a New Season Pass

7. If you'd like to copy details from the event, click Copy from Primary Event.

8. You also have the option to specify new details specific for the season pass.

9. Type in a short teaser to attract attendees.

10. Add a description to the season pass.

You can also add images or a video within your description.

11. Toggle the option to Display on Events List Page.

This makes the season pass visible and purchasable by anyone who visits your event page.

12. Add a cover photo for the season pass.

You can upload your own image or choose one from our library.

13. Key in a label for the button used to purchase the pass.

14. Click Next to proceed.

15. You can now choose which categories are included in the season pass.

16. You can manually check the items or select the event name for all categories to be included.

17. To include tickets for another event, click Select Another event.

18. Put a check on which items you want to be included, then click Add Selected Times to Season Tickets.

19. You can add or remove inclusions by checking or unchecking them.

20. Click Next to proceed.

21. You can now set prices, fees, and limits to the season pass.

Please note that the price indicated should cover all items included in the season pass.
You have the option of lowering the total price as a promotion to availing the season ticket.

22. Set when you'd like season pass sales to go live.

23. Click Save to finalize your season pass.

24. You can access the season pass by going into your SimpleTix site and clicking the Season Pass tab.

25. You'll now find your Season Pass title

26. Once you proceed, you'll see all inclusions for the season pass before checkout.
