How to Create a Flex Pass Event

To create a flex pass event:

1. Go to www.simpletix.com

2. Click on Create Your Event.

3. If you already have an existing account, click Sign In instead.

5. Enter your Event Name.

8. Select your Sub-Category

9. If you have an existing Venue, choose it from the dropdown.

10. If you do not have an existing venue, click New Venue to create one.

11. Type in your Venue Name.

12. Put in your venue's Address.

15. Upload a cover photo for the event or choose one from our library.

20. To specify more options for your Flex Pass ticket, click Settings.

21. You have the option to add a description to your ticket.

23. Set the Minimum amount of tickets per order.

25. Specify how you want fees to be charged.

  • Absorb Fee - The buyer will only see the ticket price.


  • Pass Ticketing and Card Fees to the Buyer - The buyer will see an additional amount charged on top of the ticket price.


  • Charge a Custom Fee - This passes the fee to the buyer, but instead of an exact percentage, it can be set to a fixed amount ($2.38 changed to $3).


Specify how you want fees to be charged.



26. Set when ticket sales go live and end.

  • Keep this unchecked if you want the ticket sales to remain active indefinitely.

27. You have the option to set a ticket expiration date.

28. If the ticket is usable more than once, select yes and set how many scans it'll be valid for.


Set the number of times the ticket can be used for scanned entries.



29. You can have the ticket valid for all days or Choose which day(s) the tickets are valid for.

30. Click on Done
