How to Set Up an Early Bird Ticket Sale (General Admission & Flex Pass Events)

With SimpleTix you can create an early bird ticket. 

This option allows you to set a time for the ticket to be sold at a discounted rate.

1. Use the search bar to locate your event.

2. Once you find the event, click on it to edit.

3. Within the event page, click Times & Tickets on the left panel.

4. Click on the event time you'd like to create an early bird ticket for.

• If you only have one event time, it will automatically open.

5. Once within the event scroll down to the ticket categories.

• Add a new ticket category with a name that describes your early bird sale.

6. Set the price for the early bird ticket.

7. To the right o the newly created early bird ticket, click Settings.

• This will bring up options to customize the early bird duration.

8. Within the Settings panel, scroll down to "When Should Ticket Sales Start?"

• This will specify when the early bird ticket sales will become active.
• You can set it to Immediately or on a specific time and date.

9. After setting when the sale starts, go down to "When Should Ticket Sales for This Ticket Type End?"

• Select "Schedule a Specific Sales End Time".

10. Specify the date and time when your early bird ticket sales end.

11. Once done, click Save to apply your changes.

12. Your early bird ticket will now appear as an option on your event site.

• It will remain available till your specified sales end date.
