How to Check the Number of Tickets Sold

SimpleTix allows you to easily check how many tickets have been sold for your events.

We've added a quick preview located next to each event.

 To check the number of tickets sold:


1. Go to https://manager.simpletix.com


2. Once logged in, make sure you're on the Events page.

3. Under My Events, you'll see a list of your events and the tickets sold to the right.

  • You can also use the search bar to locate your event
  • If you're looking for a past event, click the drop-down and switch from Active to Archived.

4. To find the number of tickets sold for multiple event times, locate your event then click on it.

  • This is applicable to General Admission and Reserved Seating events.

5. Within the event page, click Times & Tickets on the left panel.

6. You'll now see a list of your event times and the number of tickets sold.

  • To see tickets sold on previous event times, click the Display Past Event Times button at the bottom.


You'll now see a list of your event times and the number of tickets sold.
