SimpleTix allows you to easily choose which reserved seating events and times your membership benefits are applied to.
You can also specify the kind of discount members are entitled to.
To assign membership benefits to a Reserved Seat ticket:
1. Go to manager.simpletix.com
2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.
3. Click on the search bar and type your event name to locate it.
4. Once you see it, click on the event to open it.
5. Once in the event, click Times and Tickets on the left panel.
6. Within the Times and Tickets page, look for your preferred event time then click Manage to the right of it.
- This will bring up the Manage Membership Discounts panel.
7. Click Add Membership Discount to create a new one.
8. You can now choose your preferred discount options.
- Discounts on an unlimited number of tickets
- A limited number of discounted tickets, then full price on additional tickets.
9. After choosing your preferred discount setup, click Next Step to proceed.
10. Choose the membership name you'd like the benefits applied to.
11. Specify the Type of Discount and the Discount Amount.
- Flat-Rate - a fixed monetary value discount.
- Percentage - a discount amount that changes based on the percentage of the ticket price.
12. Select if you'd like the members to be charged the regular service fee or not.
13. Once done, click Next Step to proceed.
14. In the next screen, you'll be prompted with a summary of your membership discount.
- You can now choose if the membership discount applies to the selected event time or all times for the event.
15. Once done, click Finish to finalize your changes.
16. You'll be directed back to the Manage Membership Discounts pop-up with a summary of the newly created membership benefit.
