SimpleTix allows you full control of when your flex pass tickets are valid.
You can set this to any day of the week, on certain days, or specific dates.
To specify when a ticket can be used:
1. Go to manager.simpletix.com
2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.
3. Under the events list, type in your event's name to search for it.
4. Once you see it on the list, click on it to edit.
5. Once in the event, click Ticket Settings on the left panel.
6. Scroll down to your preferred ticket category and click Settings to the right of it.
7. Within the settings panel, scroll down to "When Can This Ticket Be Used?"
You will now have 3 options:
- Any Day
- Certain Days
- Specific Dates
See below for a description of each.
Any Day
- This means that the ticket will be valid for all days of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Certain Days
- This means that you will get to specify which days of the week the ticket will be valid.
- For example, weekends only, weekdays only, etc.
Once you select this option you'll be presented with the days of the week.
Simply select which ones are applicable for your ticket category.
Specific Dates
- This option will let you set which month(s) and dates the ticket will be valid for.
Once you select Specific Dates, pick how many months you want to be displayed at a time.
- By default, you'll see one month.
On the calendar, select which dates the ticket category is valid for.
8. Once done, scroll up to the top right and click Save to finalize your changes.
