Flex Pass - How to Scan a Ticket More Than One Time

Flex pass events and season passes usually run across several event dates and times.

To make it easier for your attendees and your ticketing staff, SimpleTix allows you to activate multiple scanning for tickets. 


This means that you no longer have to issue a ticket for every date included in the event.

Your attendees can simply use the same ticket across your event duration. 



To scan a ticket more than one time:


1. Go to manager.simpletix.com

2. Once logged in, from the top menu click on Events.

3. Under the events list, type in your event's name to search for it.

4. Once you see it on the list, click on it to edit.

5. Once in the event, click Ticket Settings on the left panel.

6. Scroll down to your preferred ticket category and click Settings to the right of it.

7. Within the settings panel, scroll down to "Can Each Ticket Be Scanned More Than 1 Time?"

  • Click Yes to enable it.

8. You will then be given an option for how many scans you'd like the ticket to be valid for.

  • Enter the applicable number for the ticket category.

9. Once done, scroll up to the top right and click Save to finalize your changes.
